Kalispell's A.L.E.R.T air ambulance program merges with Medflight

Kalispell is home to the country’s first rural air ambulance service. The program has saved thousands of lives.

Although, change is on the horizon for the Advanced Life-Support and Emergency Rescue Team also known as the A.L.E.R.T. program. Some citizens voiced concerns online that the program is going away.

THE A.L.E.R.T. program started in 1975 and it serves more than just Kalispell.
