Never get stuck under north south again! In this video we look at one of the worst positions in jiu jitsu to get stuck in .. north south. It can be such a powerful position for our opponent with great control and lots of submission attacks available. We look at early stage when we hit a reversal as they are moving to north south. Then arguably the highest percentage escape where we frame on the inside and bring our legs back inside. and lastly we look at an option once their north south is proper locked in. I hope this video helps there is nothing worse than being in these bad positions without a plan!
