now today I'm gonna show you how to host event on the clubhouse drop-in audio app.

first of all
open the clubhouse app from the home screen
on this page, you can see various icons on the top side strip
from them, Click on the calendar symbol right side to the bell icon

now on this page, click on the calendar with the + sign icon that gives you a form to fill up the detail about your upcoming event and do it for the public.
so on the screen, first type event name that you would like to discuss the topic.
next, you can see an event with the room creator name
After that add a co-host or guest name using the search bar
you can only ping people who follow you. so if you don't see them here, that's why ask it to follow
and it is optional to set guest or co-host
you can host an event without having guest also
then after
Click on back to move next
Here let's insert, date and time of the day when you will online on clubhouse.
in the last field is a description, in this box, you can write up to 200 characters topics about your event
so people can easily know that what topic is discussing inside the room.
after all, thing filled up
Click on the publish button that appears on the upper-right side corner of the screen.
if you want to know, where can I see an upcoming event on clubhouse? nice question,
tap on the calendar icon
click on upcoming for you
now choose my events option apart from the two options
So here we can see my scheduled event.
from here user can edit to make changes.
if you haven't hosted an event then you get display text that says there are no upcoming events. add one.
Now on the display,
you can get the share button, tweet, copy the link and add to calendar options.
furthermore, you can edit the scheduled event to make changes

As well as from the button you can delete event.
are you sure?
deleting this event will remove it from upcoming for all users,
choose to delete event.

A green pop-up comes says
successfully canceled event

so this was all about the scheduled event.
