Unleashing Cincinno in UU!! A Showdown Showcase

I use Cincinno in the higher portions of the UU Ladder

Previously I stated that this Pokemon is actually quite good and viable in the tier due to it's higher speed than Maushold and High base power moves and higher base attack than Maushold

I use it to great success thus proving that this Pokemon is more viable than beasts like Salamence and Manaphy and Hydreigon in the Tier!!
