Steps:
Go to Forsaken Quarter in Kaifeng City
Follow path to Well of Heaven Disciples. If they are not there, either Restart Game or Complete a Different, Random Quest.
Go down alleyway to get hit by pebble. A pebble flies over and hits your head.
Turn left to talk to ??? through window.
You reach into the shadows. The masked stranger scribbles something on your palm. You mouth the words to yourself an...
You can't move. This is Ghost Bind.
Well of Heaven Disciples carry the man away.
Mystic Skill Unlocked: Ghost Bind.
Equip by clicking start, develop, Mystic Skills, Select Ghost Bind.
