easy to use
i like this set up better than the first set we got for the business. the other one kept messing up and if you had a hand held too close to the other it would cause static and trying to hear a customer that is soft spoken was a pain in the butt.

at&t is worth the extra money spent to have this set up with an extra handheld set.
