These questions are not uncommon, seeing that a large majority of real estate agents decide to end their agenting hustles and so many people have uncles who tell them “never get into real estate investing!" But is it really that hard to succeed? If so, wouldn’t it be almost impossible for there to be so many great agents and investors around?
