In this second episode of the coolant system refresh, the Z3 gets new plastic coolant pipes. And heater core hoses. And water valve hoses. And reservoir hoses. What I'm saying is, a lot of hoses get replaced.

I also show a tip for getting the end of a broken plastic coolant pipe out of the head, which involves a 3/4 tap and bolt.

This series follows the coolant system rebuild of a 2000 BMW Z3 2.3 Roadster, but it will apply similarly to any E46 3-series or E39 5-series that also uses the M52TU engine.
