As standard lift is normally not enough to hit a specific grade point target, the video also shows how to calibrate the standard lift grading to hit a specific average grade target without messing with the original internal grade distribution. The video features Prof. Randrup who has worked for Emory, Georgia Tech, UCI, CBS, AVT and SDSU. Before grading any scores, please check with the grade scheme and grading policies of your own school. Policies might vary from school to school. Excel sheet used in video is available on demand.
