I have missed you guys! This is a bit of a catch up episode talking about where I've been, what I've been dealing with lately and discussing a highly requested topic -- anxiety. I asked on Instagram what you'd like to hear about on the podcast and so many of you said you were struggling with anxious thoughts, OCD, panic and even the fear of death! I relate to all of this SO much I thought I'd share my experience and any bits of wisdom I've picked up throughout my journey with these things.
