I was looking for a neck blender today on marketplace and saw that people were saying a tutorial would have been helpful to them. So here's a quick one how I go about it myself. (Sorry for background noise)
In the grand scheme of things I have decided the skin I was messing with will need to totally be redone anyway but I hope this helps someone!
Go into Advanced Settings to bring up Developer menu if you don't have it already up.(Control +Alt+Q) and then choose Show Info - Show info Under curser (and be aware the text in bottom right corner is probably white you'll need to stand in front of something dark in pose stand to get a good sample of your skin where you are wanting the blend to go... write down the RGB numbers and then put them into the tint window when you edit the neck blender or whatever item it is to be tinted... then save it! Done! **In Firestorm viewer, there is also eye dropper tool (color picker) within the color/tint window. It turns your mouse curser into an eye dropper and you can hover over yourself and click to change the color that comes up. (could be more simple but my oldschool brain went straight to the "old way")**
