This game was released for IBM Personal Computers and compatibles running MS-DOS.
This game was made by the same people that made Test Drive, and it shows. It has great physics and gameplay is smooth.
Also, this game is in MCGA format, which is a subset of VGA.
You have the option to play against time, or against an opponent, and have a wide variety of cars to choose from.
Music and Sound effects are through a Sound Blaster, and quite good!
Replay value of this game is great as the game also includes a track editor where you can make custom tracks to your heart's content.. Whether it is to make an impossible track for your friends or just a track of endless straights for speed, its all good.
