Gan 12 Unboxing and Review │How does it hold up in 2024?

Is this $50 cube still worth getting in 2024?
Yes.
Despite the price tag and it's age, the Gan 12 is still very much relevant, remaining one of the top performing speedcubes on the market and favoured by many big names in the competitive scene.
However, in the 3 years of advancement cubing manufacturing has made since the release of the gan 12, high performance speedcubes can now be made and sold for cheaper. For example, the moyu WRM v10 emulates 80% of the Gan 12's performance and sells for nearly half it's price.
While I do like the Gan 12, I'll have to admit the price-to-performance ratio is just not worth it.
