Sometime back I promised to cover how UX designers should document their progress along the way capturing information that would inform future efforts. Fact is, user researchers and designers need to work on their UX portfolios and UX case studies continuously and usually way earlier than needed. In this video, I'll cover why documenting it early is so critical, as well as showcase the key principles of how to do it.
