The Baruch men's basketball team defeated the Ravens from Rosemont College of Philadelphia 85-56 on Saturday, December 14, 2024, in the last basketball doubleheader before the Final Exam/Holiday Break.

The visiting Ravens from the Empire Eight Conference started by scoring the first five points, but the Bearcats took control the rest of the game leading 38-20 at halftime en route to the win.

The defense limited the Ravens to only seven field goals in the first half and easily won the battle of the boards 46-32.

Dylan Minnick had a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Brandon Goldberg finished with 11 points, eight rebounds, and dished out six assists.

The Bearcats' bench also deserves a big mention scoring 49 total points thanks to the efforts of Nicholas Lam (14 points), Luke Reese (12 points), Trevon Coppin (10 points) and Peter Douvres (seven points).
