East Side Kids: Come Out Fighting

To keep himself out of trouble with the police, Muggs agrees to the police commissioner's offer to toughen up his ballet-loving son Gilbert by bringing him into the gang. Muggs, brimming with resentment, promptly matches Gilbert against Danny, their top boxer, but the child's dancing skills work to their favor. Later, when Gilbert is taken to an illegal casino by his lover, the East Side Kids save him from arrest. Gilbert manages to evade the raid, but Muggs is apprehended and Danny is injured. Gilbert's dancing skills are crucial to the gang's victory because Muggs is prohibited from competing in a boxing event. All allegations against Muggs are dropped once Gilbert later confesses to his father.
