And the lady disconnected it for some reason. But it's enough gas to heat five homes. So you could have gas there. Course you can get a gas refrigerator if you like, but that's all free. All you have to hook it back up. So I don't know all the details of that, but Dan can tell you all about that. But I do know we have gas on your property. That's a great thing.
[00:01:34] So we're here in the Red River Gorge. There's the bunkhouse. We're going to go inside and we're going to go inside here. 6 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one bathrooms. Not finished yet, but this is rental income. This is big rental income because this is high tourist area. And let's go on inside. Make sure I don't get run over by my car here.
[00:02:00] Ok. We're going to go right in this apartment first. So cute. She's got a little picnic table up there. But she claims good income. Dad has all the details, but really good income here. Look, count licenses. Fireplace, dehumidifier, everything you need. Vacuum cleaner. You're coming in here for the first, just like me. Here's the hopper sink in other sink and the bathtub ran down here.
[00:05:05] I would tap on that in a heartbeat. I'm sure there's plenty of plumbers around here who are capable of doing that. I certainly have a competent plumber, licensed plumber coming to that. But they can hook you up and change everything over to gas because he heat the house and heat your water. The bedroom here. Upstairs, my wife and I are going to be Denby's often. So nice to have a whole house as opposed to a motel room. It's just nice to have that bedroom.
[00:05:50] Kids room to muffle the little. Utilize every little space. Here covey bedroom like almost like little trundle beds. Not like that. This house leaves a lot of people be great for family reunion women. I remember I was down there behind the bunkhouse toilet turkeys, Said There's a drive around, here's that driver contract here and then Woods go away. Top of the hill, the property here. Look how cute this is. A lot of tourism here is that gas line, which intrigues me. That's a serious gas line, natural gas that's present here in the ground.
[00:08:09] And apparently there are a whole bunch pear on. And here's another fruit tree. I'm going to assume this is an apple, but there's not a lot of apples on it. There's no apples on it. But we've got, what, apple trees on our property and there's no apples at all. So must be the year for pears and not for apples. Just wanted to show you this great yard here. A little firing. Swing, etc., Fennimore, House Call Dan. All right. We're going in the bunkhouse, which is actually shut down now for the season. So it's storage and Scott Christmas things here and stuff like that.
[00:08:48] Baby, you can see this bunkhouse how this would be good for like the family. That sort of thing. Grill, simple, low mingles, concrete forms. Barn, Woodside siding here on the walls. But sleep's whole lot of people in your bunk bed to get to bunk beds here. To bunk beds there. To bunk beds there. Good Lord. 2,4,7,8,10,12. Plus the sofa plus another bed here. Plus, I'm assuming there's another bedroom. He could fit a lot of people in here Course you have to be real friendly or real family or something like that.
[00:09:30] How fun is this? Three things. In buckets and buckets, you can't beat that man, this is the bunkhouse kind of fun. You know, it's not fancy. And that's exactly what people like. They don't need fancy. It's got a man's room and a women's room. And these access from the outside as well. So you can have your big family picking picnics out there and you got a shower here. Seeing those women down in the river, you know, fish and down the river. Sweet. Well, anyway, there's the bunkhouse.
[00:11:09] And it's not far from Red River Gorge. Anyway, just want to add to that. And a nice relaxing place. Hang out, perhaps open a beer.
