A Drone Land Survey (also known as Aerial Land Survey using UAVs) is a modern surveying method that uses Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drones) equipped with high-resolution cameras, GPS, and LiDAR sensors to capture aerial images and data of land areas. This data is processed into accurate maps, 3D models, and contour drawings for engineering, construction, agriculture, and environmental projects.

⚙️ Equipment Used

1. Drone (UAV): Equipped with GPS and stabilizing systems.

2. Camera/Sensor: High-resolution RGB camera or LiDAR sensor.

3. Ground Control Points (GCPs): Marked locations on land for accurate georeferencing.

4. Remote Controller: For drone navigation and flight control.

5. Surveying Software: To process drone images (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy, Agisoft Metashape).

🗺️ Process of Drone Land Survey

1. Planning the Survey

Define survey boundaries using GPS coordinates or maps.

Set flight altitude, overlaps, and camera angles.

2. Drone Flight & Data Capture

3. Data Processing
