The Living Water Smart Panel comprised Lynn Kriwoken, Ted van der Gulik and Kim Stephens. They represented the BC Ministry of Environment, BC Ministry of Agriculture & Lands, and the Water Sustainability Action Plan for British Columbia, respectively.
