Makeover complete! This dresser had beautiful interior and solid bones, but definitely needed a face lift. I still have the matching tall dresser and decided to refinish this in the same way so they are a set.
Kent Coffey pieces are such a treat to work on. You just can’t beat this era of furniture, it’s so well built. This set is from 1961. There is also a matching mirror for the long dresser, not pictured.

Sanded using my @surfprep sander
Primed with @zinsser tinted smart prime
Painted in @melangepaints Vagabond Blue
Sealed with @generalfinishes HP flat.

This set is sold and goes off to its new home in a couple of days!
