There has been an experimental virus outbreak at the Our Lady of Tranjis Hospital and no one stands a chance.

As a researcher your goal is to find the cure to this virus that is quickly spreading to other departments.

So find healthy organs, or steal them from your colleagues. There's no friends here anymore! Vaccinate your organs, and immunize them if possible to prevent them from getting infected by your adversaries.

As soon as you get 4 healthy organs, you will have won the game.

In this tutorial we will show you how to setup the game and explain all the rules in detail so you won't have to even open the rule booklet.
