Albatros D.Va - First Flight Revisited

Here's a revisiting of the first flight of the Albatros D.Va at Fantasy of Flight. This plane was built for me by The Vintage Aviator LImited, Peter Jackson's vintage aircraft reproduction company in New Zealand. I sent Peter an original Mercedes engine for him to use to reverse engineer some new Mercedes engines . . . in return, Peter built me this Albatros, as well as a Sopwith Snipe. Both those planes are works of art, and are a lot of fun to fly. Come on along and relive the D.Va's first glorious flight.
