This is an educational documentary that has been age-restricted for using images broadcast on mainstream news including CNN, PBS, & MSNBC. The images document important current events  of what the UN calls "The world's worst humanitarian disaster", and make up only a tiny fraction (a couple 1–2 second shots) of this much longer 13 minute documentary. Nevertheless, Youtube has decided to censor my small independent channel but not the large American corporate media Youtube channels using the same gruesome images.
