Raw video: St. Louis County Council meeting postponed after group chants for Israel-Hamas ceasefire

About 15 minutes after the start of a regularly scheduled St. Louis County Council meeting on Tuesday, about 50 people protesting the Israel-Hamas war began chanting for a ceasefire. The protest followed speaker Paige Mathys’ public comment on a resolution sponsored by Councilwoman Kelli Dunaway to obvserve International Holocaust Rememberance Day.

After several minutes of the group chanting "Sam Page funds genocide and this council co-signs," Chairwoman Shalonda Webb called for a recess. One woman was arrested and the other protesters left without incident.
