FullDeck and Missing a Few Cards solve "Lanterns" by Maggie and BremSter from the Family Day Out Puzzle Pack.
This Sudoku uses the Outside and Killer constraints.

📋 Puzzle Rules
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• The digits outside the grid must appear in one of the first three cells of the row or column as seen from that direction.
• Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within cages.
