What is Sand Blasting Room?
This is the sandblasting room, which is suitable for clean the oxide scale, rust and coating of medium structure parts, irregular parts and batch processing parts surface.
The size of the sand blasting room is 8m by 6m by 7m, it is mainly composed of sandblasting room body, blasting tank, abrasive circulation system, electric control system and dust collector. The blast room wall are fabrication by sandwich panel with noise attenuation interlayer, which total thickness is 50mm. Each sandwich panel (2 meters) have a strong frame which made from square tube. To prevent wear, the inside of the chamber adopts 5mm thick wear resistant rubber guard board for protection.
Large welding parts through trolley into the sandblasting room. Workers put on protective clothing and use the remote control to control the sandblasting gun to blast the workpiece from all directions. The maximum blasting volume can reach 3 tons per hour, and the rust removal efficiency is more than 20 square meters per hour.
Adds two longitudinal scraper along each sidewall of the sandblast room allowing the abrasive delivered from the blasting nozzle, which is either blown or rebounded off the workpiece, to strike the side walls and fall into the scrapers, automatically reclaiming approximately 60-90 percent of the blast media. The reclaiming abrasive on the floor is pushed into the screw assemblies at the end of the work shift. Then will into elevator and separator. The blast media can be used will into blasting pot.
After sandblasting, the rust and impurities on the surface of the workpiece are cleaned, and the surface has a certain roughness, which is ready for the subsequent painting process.
