Porsche 924 - The car that saved Porsche !

Misunderstood, often criticised and victim of many a 'that's not a REAL Porsche. The 924 has a fascinating back story and was the car to rescue Porsche during the challenging late 70s and 80s.

Originally a joint venture between Porsche and VW that fell victim to the oil crisis, the 924 was Porsche's first transaxle car and laid the foundations for the legendary 944. In this video I join my friend Duncan in his stunning example to learn more about this misunderstood classic.
