Shanklin, Model F1, automatic, continuous motion, flow thru shrink wrapper. Rated from 5 to 40 packages or 5 to 60 linear feet per minute - depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Package size range: 6" to 48" in Length; 2" to 16" in Width; (1/8)" to 6" in Height. Equipped with product accumulating and pacing in feed conveyors, side film unwind, adjustable former, (4) perf wheels, 9" long side seal, 19" wide hot knife seal jaw, and dual belt discharge. Control panel has an A/B PLC, with digital readout, seal jaw heat controller, heat on / off switch, push button start / stop and e-stop controls. Film specifications: up to 26" in width of folded; up to 50" in width of flat (requires optional center folder). Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
