Crisis - Holocaust-U.K. - 12''

Crisis formed in 1977, in Guildford, Surrey, UK, when punk was fuelling disaffected youth across the country. Crisis was one of the more 'political' bands at the time, being firmly on the left, they performed for organisations such as Rock Against Racism and Anti-Nazi League and were also a part of the Right To Work campaigns.

Their debut single ''No Town Hall'' was released in 1978, on Action Group Records, and at the beginning of that year, they recorded four tracks at a Peel Session for BBC Radio 1, two of the tracks were released as the ''UK '79'' single in 1979, on Ardkor Records.

Compiling both these 7''s, the band released this 12''' Mini-Album on Action Group Records and Ardkor Records in 1981.

Whether you fully agree with them or not (most, if not all the band members, steered away from being overtly political in later years) and even if some of the lyrics are dated, some are just as relevant today and still pack a punch.
Crisis? Crisis.
