Restaurant Style Arabian Pudding Recipe || Instant desert recipe ||

Ingredients:
350ml- fresh cream
2 tbsp- condensed milk
some chopped almonds

1250ml- milk
14pc- medium size bread slices
2 pack- caramel custard
1-2tbsp- condensed milk

Method:

Firstly mix 350ml/ 1.5cup fresh cream and 2tbsp condensed milk. Mix well and keep in the fridge for half an hour.

I've made 7 containers from this if you wish you can make 2-3 trays as well but I prefer to make these in containers.
In each container put 2 slices of bread (you've to remove the sides) and keep aside. ( total of 14 slices of a medium size bread will be used).

Heat 1250 ml milk (be precise in milk quantity for perfect texture), bring to a boil and add 2 box of caramel custard ( we don't need the liquid caramel, we just need powder for this recipe). add 1- 2 tbsp condensed milk, cook for 3-4 min and pour over the bread in the container. you should pour enough to drown the slices well and keep the boxes aside for 30 minutes to set.


once the pudding is set spread a layer of the prepared cream on each box. sprinkle some sliced almonds and close the container (or wrap cling film if using tray) and let chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
