💫 tldr: Studying productively doesn't mean you have to compromise comfort. Strike a balance with these tips that I've personally tested, and know that it's going to be over soon!

Studying, regardless for IB or in high school, is a considerably hard thing to focus on when you're stressed, and highly sleep deficient. Approaching your studying tasks with a clear and refreshed mind should be the way to start, alongside full confidence that you ARE going to be fine - you've put in sufficient work, you've done everything that you could have possibly done, in terms of practice essays, notes, revision... I struggled with this idea in high school immensely, and only now in uni, am I realising that study doesn't have to be an intense, stress battle with yourself.

Mental health is extremely important especially in the case of students, and I hope that you can, unlike me, approach your studies in a productive, time-efficient manner with these tips that I've personally tested!
