Here it is, Herbie Races Again! Something to note about this is movie is that when it comes to the story of Herbie, this movie pretends that 'Fully Loaded' doesn't exist. There are also a lot of references to the other Herbie movies, as well as other things like 'Toy Story', 'Knight Rider' and 'Back To The Future'. Q: Who is T.O.S and what did he do before this movie?
A: T.O.S is the main enemy of CGrayzer, and in the cancelled CGrayzer movie he tried to destroy 'Central Hero City'.
