Hi my name is Angel and I have a huge passion for nails and fashion so I started a nail channle a little over a year ago in January of 2017 that was called AngelsHeavenlyNailz but in one of my videos I mentioned about me weight loss of 148lbs doing keto and I had a request to do a video just on my journey and what keto was from there my channle just blew up with many asking me to teach others keto, do meals and talk about keto as much as I could and with keto being my new life since January of 2015 and a huge passion of mine as well I was more then happy to add keto videos too my nail channel but as I’m growing so big with keto and even now doing Keto Live Q&A on Thursday’s I decided to change my channle name since this channle is growing so fast and I now want to have this all about keto and have another channel that will still be AngelsHeavenlyNails but for now I’ll keep it the way with nails/fashion & keto as I grow my AngelsHeavenlyNails in a second channle and I hope you all will come to that channle too and help it to grow as well as my keto channel here! Now I am not a Dr nor a nutritionist but I have learned the science on this way of life and have so much knowledge from the teaches of my brother! He was the first to ever do keto but he first studied and learned so much scientific facts on it that he decided to try this way of life himself first and In just 6 months from September of 2014 to March of 2015 lost 150lbs and as we watched my brother transform we all wanted to learn and do this way of life because my brother was getting so thin and extremely healthy over night so he began to teach many of us in the family along with many friends as well but he continued to study and study and was gaining so much knowledge and how our bodies work, what carbs, protein and fat do and what’s their soul purpose are that now he does this as a job and has a closed group page on FB Called Bulletproof Body that people get added as he teaches each one change their lives!!! He has taught me so much as I myself have been keto for almost 3 years and have change my whole body for the better and even improved my heart condition and have amazing blood work now..I went from 283lbs to 135 and now enjoy life so much more...My brother and I now are slowly working together to change the world one person at a time! No one has to live over weight anymore when you too gain the knowledge we will teach you!!!
