Keri Ki Chutney Written Recipe :

Ingredients:
Peeled and sliced raw mango 1 kg
Sugar ¾ kg
Brown vinegar 2 cups
Dry dates thinly sliced 10-12
Raisins 4 tbsp
Garlic crushed 2 tbsp
Ginger tiny chopped 2 tbsp
Red chili 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
caraway seeds 1 tsp

Method :
Peel mangoes, cut in thin slices, boil water, put slices in it, cook till two boils only, strain out all the water, not a single water should remain, now put all the ingredients with boiled keri in a pan, cook on medium flame, keep stirring after little while, when color changes to light brown and becomes slightly sticky, take off the heat, cool, fill the bottles.

Keri ka do Pyaza Written Recipe :

Ingredients :
Mutton ½ kg
Onion finely chopped 2 cups
Raw mango peeled and cut like chips 2
Chili powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chili whole 4
Curry leaves 12-15
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped ½ cup
Oil ¾ cup
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomatoes chopped 2

Method :
Put all the ingredients given above in a pan without water and put to cook on low flame, when water dries, fry well, when mutton tender, add coriander leaves, serve with boiled rice.
