In this video, I'll show you a very effective technique by old judo rules – Te Guruma. It's one of the old judo throwing techniques. It's important that you learn how to do Te Guruma and add it to your judo throws list.

The best way to do a te guruma enter is for us to first bring his arm up and then judo enter right leg.

The judo basics of Te Guruma steps are:

1. Arm up, step, and pull (his upper body is blocked)
2. Step and leg (his leg is blocked)
3. Pick up the opponent and throw
