Taking & Organizing Notes for Students with ADHD

If you're a university/college student with ADHD, then you may know how difficult it can be to take and organize your notes for school. In this video, I share some of my tips for taking notes in class and on readings, as well as how you can organize all of your notes in Obsidian (which can be an amazing tool for ADHD brains!).
