Sweet Potato Chocolate Cake:
This cake is dense like a brownie
1 cup cooked mashed sweet potato
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup oil (I used rapeseed oil)
Add all the above together in an bowl and mix
1.5 cups plain flour (I used spelt)
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
pinch salt
Add these together in another bowl then add to the wet.
Mix and place in a loaf tin
Cook for 35 mins at 180c or 350f
