2 Tbsp Dates
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Cool Down Completely
3 Eggs
Whisk
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
Mix Well
½ Cup Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Mix Well
1 Cup Flour
¼ Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
½ Tsp Ginger Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
Sieve
Mix Well
¼ Cup Milk
Pour Fruits Mixture
1 Tbsp Pistachio
1 Tbsp Walnut
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tsp Orange Zest
Mix Well
Pour In 7 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper Inside
Pour Fruits Mixture On Top
Place A Curry Pan With Wire Stand
Pre-Heat For 5-7 Min.
Place The Mould
Cook In Low-Medium Heat For 30-35 Min.
