On January 14, 2023, The Plainfield New Jersey Public Library hosted musician and phonograph collector Bob Ferrel and phonograph restorationist and expert Michael Devecka. Bob spoke about the history of these machines and played trombone which was recorded by sound engineer Michael Devecka. Michael also presents the Mechanical Music Extravaganza at the Wayne PAL twice a year for phonograph enthusiasts to buy and sell machines and records. This is a VERY shortened version of the program to give a taste of what it was like. A good time was had by all!
