STUDIO VLOG 21 ✦ opening up about my struggles (and honest talks about mental health)

hi lovely friends ♡

I've been wanting to open up about my anxieties and fear of judgement for a while now, but I honestly didn't have the courage. This week, I wanted to take back control of my life. I decided to talk openly, film whatever I wanted, wear no make-up, ugly laugh, and do all the things I used to be afraid doing in front of others. This is my first step towards building self-love and self-compassion for myself, and I am planning to start a new youtube series called "self-love diaries".
