Описание к видео It's been 20 years since I was diagnosed with gastroparesis. What's next for me & this channel?

I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis in 2004 at the age of 23. It's now 2024 and I just turned 43. What a ride it's been! In this video, I'll share a personal update: what's life like 20 years after a gastroparesis diagnosis? I'll also discuss what's next for this channel and tell you about my latest project, a podcast called Living Well (When You Don't Feel Well).

Hi, I'm Crystal. I was diagnosed with idiopathic gastroparesis in 2004 at the age of 23. My experience with gastroparesis has run the gamut, from being malnourished, anxious, and all but debilitated to being a healthy, happy wife, mom, and dual-certified coach, truly living WELL!

I believe that it's possible to live a full, happy, engaged life with gastroparesis... regardless of the severity of your symptoms or how long you've had the condition. I hope you'll come along as we explore what it means to really live WELL with gastroparesis.
