Here is Cool, the aptly named single that started it all for the band. Vanessa's haunted vocals steal the show, but the bass and guitar are pure Joy Division:

This is Stop It, off of Gyrate, the one song I'd play for anyone who's never heard of Pylon. YES, ROCK AND ROLL, YES!
