Is the gameplay difficult and with few continues?
The game has some secret levels to get that extra Revive to help on the journey.
Every level in the game has one Revive, and the secret levels have 2.
The items can be reached with any character, although it's easier with some that can fly and don't need to make a perfect jump.
Besides these, there's another secret in the game, but I preferred not to reveal it in the video and let you discover it for yourselves.
