In this episode, we return to the French city of Montmaquis to balance the budget, spruce up our busy pedestrian street, assess the new city service buildings, and plan ahead. We reach milestone 11 (Big City) and the population surges to almost 23,000.

Montmaquis is a city inspired by the French Alps, built on the Mountain Village map in Cities Skylines 2.
