When you're driving an 8V RS3 equipped with the DAZA you can put your foot to the floor and it feels like the car would keep going and going, possibly with no limit. The RS3 driving experience is great but there is always room for improvement. Expect a significant drop in weight and huge gains in flow and exhaust tone. You will have to find the other restrictions holding you back from more power because it won't be the exhaust's fault, this is as free flowing as it gets.

Here at ECS our mission was to amplify the 8V RS3 with a proper catback exhaust system. To accomplish this goal, our engineers increased flow, reduced weight, and delivered an exhaust system that captures the full unrestricted sound of the glorious inline-5 DAZA engine. The increase in flow was gained from dual 2.75" (70mm) 304 stainless steel exhaust pipes that feed into a 3.5” (89mm) collector pipe into the straight-through free flowing rear section. We specifically designed this catback with flow in mind to ensure the exhaust would never be a restriction. Weight reduction is achieved by replacing the factory piping with lightweight 304ss for a more-than-modest weight advantage. The best part of the Race catback is the capability to perform far beyond the point that the factory exhausts. All of this plus the direct fitment and straight forward installation leads to our ECS Race Catback exhaust being the clear answer in your mission to find the best exhaust for your DAZA powered 8V RS3.
