Note: cut into large size
1 bulb of Onion ( chopped)
4 cloves of garlic (minced)
2_3 pcs. Star anise
1 pc. Bay leaf
1/4 cup soy sauce
80 grms. Oyster sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 cups of water
1 tsp. Each
1/2 cup. Corn starch
4 slices of Celery stem
