With many videos covering how to sharpen and build your climbing spurs, there isn't much out there with any pointers as to how high to adjust the pads.Having them high up on your leg applies less stress on your shin bone.
Keep in mind there are many makes and models out there which may be different . Always follow manufacturers instructions, as well as your employers . My videos are to be used as guidelines only :)
