You know how they say good times create weak people? Well, here they are – waiting like toddlers for some “big strong daddy” to fix their problems and give them a shiny, trouble-free life.
But that’s not how it works. That “strong” guy doesn’t give a damn about you – he’s only solving his own issues. And meanwhile you hand over your freedom for the illusion of stability and comfort.
Propaganda builds opinions that have nothing to do with reality. And sure, we live in an era of endless information – in theory, just go and figure things out. But people don’t want to. It takes time, effort, and emotional energy. It’s so much easier to slip into the 3-second attention span mode, where our memory is about to match that of a guppy fish.
If critical thinkers keep disappearing, one by one, we’re all heading straight into a global ZombieLand.
