Yet another request, one of two Flotsam and Jetsam requests. The other is Suffer the Masses which I just finished learning recently and I just need to memorize the structure and practice it enough times before recording it. This is one of the more stressful songs I’ve attempted to cover because of how much is going on in the song but luckily it didn’t take too many tries. The most difficult part has to be the second part of the song with the fast alternate picking. It’s really easy to get lost or hit a wrong note because of how quick the changes are, and there’s no time to think about what you have to play next. Luckily muscle memory kicked in and I was able to get through the whole song. But that’s all I have to say about that, the next cover I post will be Suffer the Masses and then I’m not sure what I’ll do after that. I have some ideas though, but we’ll see what I end up covering.
