Thanks for watching. I am back with a fucking vengeance for the final TA+Augments run (again) for you all and I hope this is one that you all will enjoy. This sub 5 was only possible by selling my soul to gacha for augments and charms where I went through give or take 1000+ of the highest tier essences and 100+ mp accelerant just for small upgrades in addition to blessed Valstrax rng this run. Also, getting a close to largest sized Valstrax was simply a blessing due to how much easier it is to spam flurry rush at the forelegs. Even with the new Amatsu arms I got and charm especially, they are really good but the difficulty of getting sub 5 was still so insane for me despite the upgrades to my build. Countless runs I kept falling a few seconds short of sub 5 due to shit rng, not perfectly getting as much foreleg hits as possible, or Valstrax giga flinching on moves I need him to not do so. I can't in general begin to describe how difficult it was to cross the sub 5 barrier. This was definitely the most rage inducing thing I have done in a while, but I still committed myself to it since let’s face it, my channel was built upon me running this monster lol which I am glad people have supported me heavily for.

The reason I came back to run this again is because I saw yuki’s freestyle run where they did a double spiral slash opener which was game changing because I didn’t know I had time to go for two. I knew of one but didn’t bother to do so. I also wanted to see if I can get within a minute or less of freestyle time which I was able to do with this run which I am still so happy about.

Anyways, my self-induced hell is finally over and I will be doing my run analysis video for this run to explain how I handle TA+Augments for Risen Valstrax. I will be covering the build I used, go over my overall thoughts of the matchup, how to handle his moves, and more, so look forward to that video when I get to it because I honestly need a break from this game.
